Ridgepoint advised Payview on its sale to Accru Partners

In April 2025, Payview, a specialized Danish provider of accounting services with a strong focus on payroll and HR administration, was sold to the Swedish portfolio company Accru Partners, owned by Axcel.

The transaction followed significant interest from both strategic and financial buyers across the Nordics and Germany. Nevertheless, the shareholders opted for a targeted solution with Accru – a decision driven by clear priorities around autonomy, employee engagement, and future ownership.
